ADVANCE is our summer orientation program for first time freshmen. This two-day, fun-filled experience will help you make the most out of your four years at Lipscomb!

At ADVANCE, you'll learn about campus life, receive academic counseling, enroll for classes and make new friends. We've developed a variety of fun and informative activities -- neat ways for you to get the inside scoop on life at Lipscomb. You'll even get to spend the night in a Lipscomb residence hall, where you'll be close to the action and ready to take full advantage of all the events and activities we've got planned. (Plus, you can start planning how to decorate your new dorm room!).

So, join us at ADVANCE 2008, on June 23 - 24, July 24 - 25, or August 18 - 19. Advance registration will open in late March or early April, so watch your mail and email for more information.

ADVANCE is for parents, too!
We know that students aren't the only ones with questions about college life. So that's why we've created special ADVANCE sessions, just for parents.

Parents will meet university personnel, tour our campus, interact with other parents and attend helpful information sessions. They will learn about everything from financial procedures to the adjustments they face as parents of a new college student. And, they will attend a special dinner hosted by university administrators, a tradition that helps us honor the parents of our incoming freshmen.

So, mark your calendars and sign up today! ADVANCE 2008 will take place on June 23 - 24, July 24 - 25, and August 18 - 19.
