Both merit-based and need-based financial aid is available to transfer students:
- If you are a transfer student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, you may be eligible for
academic scholarships. Non-degree and transient students are not eligible for
scholarships
- Scholarships are available for members of Phi Theta Kappa
- In partnership with the Tennessee Board of Regents, Lipscomb University's Board of Trustees offers a full-tuition scholarship to one student from each TBR community college every year. Students who are enrolled at a TBR community college and have an ACT score of 30 or above are eligible to apply for an interview with the scholarship selection committee. Contact your admissions recruiter for details.
- Your department of interest may offer departmental scholarships
If you receive a scholarship award, you will be notified along with your acceptance to
Lipscomb.
To apply for need-based financial aid, you should complete the FAFSA (Free
Application for Federal Student AID). The form is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
Lipscomb's FAFSA code is 003486.
